Using portable force measuring software, we measure your muscle strength to determine what strength deficits and compensations you may have. This allows for specific exercise programming that makes your workouts more time efficient and effective.
Kinesiology means “study of movement.” Kinesiology taping can be used as an effective adjunct to therapy by creating a more solid brain-body connection for correcting movement issues. It can also be used to promote faster healing by improving circulation and decreasing swelling & bruising.
Return to Sport
Many second time sport injuries occur from returning to competition before physically ready. Dr. Jon conducts thorough sport specific examinations to determine an athlete’s readiness for returning to full contact play.
